My background spans valuation, underwriting, and capital markets, with a focus on how capital decisions influence real estate investment outcomes.

I began my career in commercial real estate appraisal, building a foundation in income analysis, valuation methodologies, and market interpretation across multiple property types. That analytical training continues to shape how I evaluate risk, structure capital, and assess investment opportunities today.

In my current role, I work across the capital stack designing debt and equity solutions, including senior debt, mezzanine financing, preferred equity, and joint venture structures; aligning capital with asset fundamentals and long-term investment strategy.
